The Telecommuting Guidelines are approved by the Budget and Control Board and outline eligibility, conditions, and termination of a telecommuting arrangement. Telecommuting Sample Policy The Telecommuting Sample Policy assists agencies in developing a telecommuting program option. The policy defines telecommuting, eligibility requirements, and other employment issues (hours, leave, advancement, etc). Telecommuting Sample Application The Telecommuting Sample Application allows employees to discuss the option of telecommuting with their supervisor. The employee and supervisor will complete the application to determine if the job is appropriate for telecommuting. Telecommuting Sample Safety Checklist The Telecommuting Sample Safety checklist allows an employee to examine the safety and security of the alternate workplace. Telecommuting Sample Agreement The Telecommuting Sample Agreement is a signed document that outlines the understanding between the agency and employee regarding the telecommuting arrangement. Tips for a Successful Telecommuting Program in Your Agency This document gives agencies tips on establishing a telecommuting policy and the advantages, disadvantages, and challenges to telecommuting. Annual Telecommuting Report State agencies shall provide an annual report on the agency's utilization of telecommuting to the Office of Human Resources.
