Addressing Performance Discrepancies

  • SCHEDULE APPROPRIATE TIME AND PLACE:

    • Always discuss performance problems in private.  Make sure you will not be interrupted and have plenty of time to discuss the problem.  Make the employee comfortable and tell him why you asked to talk him.
