This introductory course identifies common responses and sources of conflict. There are five typical conflict-handling styles discussed, which provides effective ways to deal with conflict. A self-assessment is used to explore the predominant tendencies of individuals when dealing with conflict. Several effective conflict resolution techniques will be introduced using practical application.
