| Back Pay Approval Process | ||||

The State Human Resources Director must approve the amount of reinstatement pay due the employee in a reversed disciplinary action resulting from both agency internal grievance procedures as well as appeals at the state level. See Section 19-718.10 of the State Human Resources Regulations.
